its a "Wandering Spider" Its definitely not a Tarantula. The Wandering Spider does resemble 'Wolf Spider" in certain way.

The Singapore Tarantula (Theraphosidae) has large heavy jaw, hairy body all over, robust looking, has thinker set of frontal and hide leg. I have taken a photo of the tarantula before and I am able to confirm the big difference. Hope my opinion help to clear all the guesses.
