Nikon will be introducing a new line of mirrorless bodies that will work with a proprietary phase detect autofocus adapter.
With the adapter mounted, the flange distance will be the same as Nikon;s current crop of DSLRs. Most of Nikon lenses will be supported. We don't know if the new bodies will retain the same Nikon G mount. But if it does, then manual F lenses can be used without the new AF adapter.
