whats the number of shots per charge like ?

Not sure ant the EG's battery... but Nikon's Original battery been tested to last at least 1000+ shots and some even reach to 1400 shots or more.

However though I heard from users of EG's battery, the shots count is somewhat lower than Nikon, abt 600-800+ shots. Think the compatibles might have over rated the mAh.

Anyway my advise is still the same, why save on battery when you've already invested thousands of dollars on the camera. If the compatibles leaked or short in the camera, your warranty will void instantly. :nono:

Tats why I was asking how many shots to a charge. I am always amazed at how 3rd party stuff always claim to be of a higher capacity at a lower price.

Lithium ion can leak ? Well it cannot be as bad as the Titanium bats from eveready - man these leaked a fair bit - at least the last 2 to 3 sets I got had at least 1 dead soldier per set.

i bought a compatible today at MS Colour in AMK
have not tried yet
