well..comparing the specs of the d90 and d300, there really isn't much difference between the 2. i think the video capability and price of the d90 tilts the balance its way.
people don't think of the D90 as a D300 alternative, they move to the D700. the D90 market is meant for people who want a little more than the D60 and find too much in a weather sealed 51 point AF D300.
he compared these two... found that D90 is good enough for his shooting style... D90 not good enough when compared to D700 or D3....
thats all...

note that the 'D500' is still a tentative name... They can always change the name anytime soon...
And I just dun like the fact that there is a video function on a camera... feels weird...

haha...i wish the'yd just make new lenses so that older lenses drop prices...
i dont need extra features....i just need better glass...

seriously guys, buy what you use, if you need the function, go ahead, if you dont need it. stay with what you got.
I totally agree with you but in here everyone is full of dollars which they do not have a lot of place to spend... so the BBB virus will hit again.
If D800, D900, D1000....D30000.... someone will still buy it.
