Nikkor 35-70mm f/3.3-4.5 aperture shutter spoilt

I've got an old lens as mentioned with the aperture shutter stucked at f/3.3.
Can't get the shutter moving while turning the aperture ring, can any1 recommend a place to service and about how much they are charging?
As I called NSC, they said they don't hv any spare parts for this old lens. So I think no point sending to NSC...
