Nikkor 20-35 f2.8

Hi there,
Does anybody know the approx price of a 2nd hand nikkor 20-35 f2.8, assuming fairly good condition? Anybody knows of an available one? Heard its a pretty good lens and the precedent of the 17-35.

Discontinued, would be hard to find it first-hand liao. Even so, it might cost the same or more than a 17-35.

Less than half its value 2nd hand now, you would say? Sounds good then.

Don't have it, but it's supposedly a very good lens, optically slightly better than 17-35. But minimum focussing distance is not so close.

Sandman, its a solid lens ie metal barrel. Minimal distortation at wide. Bought my 2nd hand lens at ard S$1400 abt 1 yr ago. THen replaced by the 17-35. If u can get one, grab it.

i have one... might be selling cos does not need the wideness it provides... sharp and af is quite fast on a f80. heard af is superb in f100.
