i'm going to do an approx 30min long interview and was thinking of putting some fancy caption ( think CNN/BBC ) to show the person's name/title/organization. which software (with the gentlest learning curve) do I use to do that? ( i have adobe premiere pro cs5 but haven't really got around to learning the tips and tricks )
i will also be recording in 720p,60fps ( from 550d ). should i downsample it further? the end product will simply be embedded in PPT for presentation.
