i have zhiyun crane. and why chose x3000 instead of lens for a6300?
Variety.
16mm is not very wide on APS-C cameras. Sportscam have much wider FOV usually around 17mm equivalent.
having that ultrawide will spice up your video quite a bit. Really depends on your itinerary and your load preference. Access wise, nobody will bother you if you're shooting handheld with x3000. But gimbal with a5300 is much more conspicuous. For video essays, a good mix of wide establishment shots, medium and close ups will liven things up. So the a6300 is still a must. But between spending on a new zoom or a sportscam like the x3000, you can get much better variety with just your kit lens and a sportscam.
I shot this video with just a Yi sportscam and a kit lens 28-70 A7s on a Zhiyun gimbal.

Wow, superb results. Love the fisheye shots on the sports camera.

My current ultra cheap wide angle setup is a G7 + 8mm fisheye. I defish in premiere by adding -27 in the lens distortion plugin, final results look very much like an rectilinear ultra wide with useable resolution since I can capture in 4k. The only downside is the excessive render times when using the lens distortion plugin (3 hours for a 5 minute 4k video).

If TS wants to toe dip into getting a fisheye, there's a 6.5mm Meike fisheye lens for US$140: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Meike-6-5mm...6100-Cemera-/192178223398?hash=item2cbeb6f926

You needn't worry about AF since the depth of field is very deep
