My hunch is there will not be an A7SIII instead, there will be an A9S at a price higher than the A9.
Reason: Since when does an A7r get announced before an A7?

I am curious about the HDR function.

If it can do HDR inbody and output to a TV, can a old Atomos Shogun or Assassin be used?

RII was launched 29 months ago. If they follow the same 29 month 'duration' for RII, takes us to end Jan 2018. Maybe there's still chance for SIII, but in Q1 2018? *fingers crossed* But yeah, this RIII does already look like a SII+RII+A9 hybrid.
