New MiniDV camera under S$300?

Does anyone know where to get a new MiniDV camera for under S$300? Looked high and low still cannot find

So far Haichew still selling Sony HV-52, according to them direct import from Japan, at S$450.

Any advice is much appreciated

WHy are you looking for a New MiniDV camcorder?. Isnt it better to get those HDD camcorder?

If you are looking for it to transfer your miniDV tape to yr PC/DVDu can PM me and we can share the cost for your miniDV tape. I had just bought a 2nd hand MiniDV to transfer my miniDv tapes to my PC, as my camcorder is faulty.
