Need your opinion: I realized my photos are in someone's' site.

Hi all, may i ask the above. A friend just showed me a site unknown to me, but has more than 10 of my photos in it, although my name was credited, but i was never informed of this portal from my flickr acc. Just wanna ask if any of you have any experience in this. Or is it in any small prints that flickr allows such portal..
Thanks in advance.
Here the site.. http://fiveprime.org/hivemind/Tags/cv12

I think this Flickr Hive Mind is affiliated to Flickr or is part of Flickr. It is stated at the bottom of the website.

Flickr Hive Mind, or fiveprime.org, is described in the Flickr group here ( http://www.flickr.com/groups/flickrhivemind/ ) as "data mining tool for searching and exploring Flickr."

Further description:

"Flickr requires that I inform you that Flickr Hive Mind uses the Flickr API, but is neither endorsed nor certified by them."

If you wish to banish your photos from there, please refer to this post: http://www.flickr.com/groups/stop-photo-theft/discuss/72157612231980088/

Further information here: http://fiveprime.org/flickr_hvmnd.c...ness&textinput=blythe&search_type=Tags#Banish

Personally, I think they are not earning anything from it. But well, it's your choice, and you have been provided with the steps to remove them yourself. Cheers.

No cause for worry, FlickHiveMind is just another way to view Flickr photos...just like FlickrRiver...

Thanks all for your response. Am not too savvy, something new to me. Unlike flickrriver or fluid, this site selects certain photo for building its site, its not affliated to flickr, and it is supporting another group, its is stated in its site, but for a good course, technically speaking its different. Anyway i am fine with this. Thanks again.
