[ need suggestion ] Infrared Photoshoot @ Singapore, February 2010

Hi friends ... :)

I want to arrange an infrared photoshoot in Singapore between 13th - 20th February 2010. And it's my pleasure if we can take iR pictures together and have an infrared gathering.

But since 14th February is a Chinese New Year, I don't have any idea when I should arrange the photoshoot. Is it better on Saturday, or Sunday, or weekdays around the Chinese New Year, or ?

Any suggestions are welcome and deeply appreciated.

Let me first welcome you back to Singapore.
Always glad to hear news of your visit.
I will drop a note to Teerex to arrange for something.
But 14th Feb may be out at the moment. We can work out something for 15th Feb or 16th Feb.

I would love to join all of you for IR photog shooting, and to learn more from all of you the IR-masters.

Hopefully 16 of Feb, Tuesday.

May i suggest Chinese Garden, in line with this festive Lunar Chinese New Year? If not, then i am fine to follow wherever you all go :)

Chinese Garden is a good suggestion for the festive photo shoot.
But I think there's going to be quite a hefty entrance charge.

Could someone please verify? I could be wrong.

according to the official website @ http://www.jtc.gov.sg/Portfolio/GardensAndParks/Pages/index.aspx and unofficial website @ http://www.newasia-singapore.com/places_to_go/parks_and_nature_reserves/chinese_garden_2007053171.html ... Admission to the main garden, the Bonsai garden and the Seiwaen (Japanese garden) are FREE.

However according to http://www.visitsingapore.com/publish/stbportal/en/home/what_to_see/parks___nature_reserves/chinese_garden.html ... Admission charges to Garden of Abundance is S$2 per adults, and admission charges to Live Turtle & Tortoise Museum S$5 per adults.

Interested parties watch this thread. Chinese Garden will be the most likely place for the shoot.

I was there 2 weeks back Teerex..SurrealDreamWalker is right..You got to pay the entrance fee only for those Turtle Museum and The Garden of Abundance only!
