Need services for making video showcase from my nieces 1Year old Bday

Hi my nieces Chole is getting 1year old coming next week. As her uncle i wanna give my brother and nieces a special surprise.

Chole got lots of photo taken when she's born last year so i was thinking to make her a video showcase using her photo when she's born. I been to those wedding dinner and i really impressed by the photographer who able to make video showcasing the wedding photo taken during the same day.

I think my brother will be happy to see the video showcase too. So any photographer or film maker would like to help me with this presents?

Do let me know the prices of this services. I do not know what is the market pricing but hopefully it is affordable by this uncle who just ORD.
