you are paying a videographer 10 hours to shoot plus edit for $280??? with editing some more!

if he is willing to shoot 10 hours and edit, he may as well do the whole thing himself i'm sure he can charge way way way more than your $280!

Including editing .
It will be around $20 per hour.
It is still above minimum wage of any country in the world.
It is still ok :)

CS Means a place to find Cheap Service Is it ???

Guys, why are you so upset?

TS has been successfully recruiting people for the jobs. Check this out.

If TS is unable to find people for the jobs, she won't be requesting again. Like somebody has mentioned before, photography business is an unregulated market, so what's the point of venting your frustration here. It will always be there until someday something happened for a change.

Who is the one decide how much is your photography/videography service worth?

is YOU! and nobody else.

just do your own math of how much is your time, talents and skills worth.

the offer too cheap, move along.

somebody might take up such offers? so be it, not everyone can be your customers anyway.

so many wannabe photographers/videographers come and go,
just let the Darwin's Law natural selection do it works.

It is norm in biz world .
When people think it is good money, a lot of ppl come in and compete.
Since photography is low entry barrier, competition will be much higher .
Don't worry it is a matter of time, the market will stable by itself. Keep improving yourself and learn to stay afloat . It will reward you in long term :)
