Need help on what to buy,Please

here's the situation
I want to buy canon 30D.I found it's really cheap in HK($1870) compares to the retail price in singapore($2050 before GST).

Should I order it online?
Should I buy a 70-200mm F2.8 EF first, instead of 30D since I can borrow 350D from school anytime. I noticed price of lens seldom drop.

My understanding is body doesn't comes with int'l warranty..oni for lens..so its better to get a body locally..
