7 is quite big. i think almost in the region of a lowepro orion trekker... :think:

i did saw the inside of the no.5, looks a bit small to me ley, dont know lah, i think i will bring my gears down to fit in before i decide on no.5 or 7??

find james lor? he shld be willing to give u a hand. just give him a call first b4 going so dat he can prepare the bags for u.

Recommendation:

Have 2 bags,

(1) Bigger backpack when u carry more stuff (7)
(2) Medium sling bag when u carry less .... (you should already have one of these...).

I personally prefer a "normal", non-camera backpack with the lens in lenscase ..

Just a side question,

comparing tamrac and lowepro bags, which is better(comparing build, padding, funcationality and after sales service like warranty and all)?

does tamrac have as much of a reputation as lowepro?

And where is TK?

I still find film very nice colors mah....so i bring it out more offen to have some fun under the sun.. quess its hard to find a bag, too bad dont have no. 6 loh
