Hi all,
I'm recording videos using the Panasonic Lumix GF1 and the resulting output is in the AVCHD (.m2ts) format.
I realised my PC doesn't recognise this format and my video editing software Adobe Premiere Elements 7 does not support it too.
I don't really need that high-quality video so I don't mind any quality losses if it's converted to AVI or other formats. However, what are the recommended (hopefully freeware) tools that I can use for the conversions?
I noticed there's the motion JPEG format that can be set on the camera for videos too; would this be a better option for me?
Thanks!
