Need help on 420EX

Hi my relative just gave me an old flash unit without the instruction manual. So i need help on what is the different function and buttons for the flash unit. Thanks...i have attached a photo of the flash for reference.

group and channel is for when your flash is being the slave, which explains the switch below

thats about it wor its a very simple flash. u dunno anything just on and off can alreadY

High speed sync means your flash can sync with shutter speeds faster than 1/200s (or 1/250s. Not sure which), albeit at reduced power. It does not set your flash refresh rate.
