Need help from someone Who Can tHalp Me take Photos of Fighting Fish

I recently pick up the hobby of Fighting Fish – and I keep them in bottles – not show-Plakats but real Fighters….and I have a few hundreds of it

But – I have 4-Fighters that I specially need to take some Photos of it not many (maybe 4 or 5 pics in digital format so I can post at my betta forum ) - - I have Camera but dunno how to use it.

All pictures comes out blurr blurr, or very bright or very dark and the colour looks different…please help me here.
