personally didn't owned one...but my bro got an old Dimage X and my friend got the xT...so I played around with both cameras before...basically...its the most compact camera in its class with the amount of zoom currently on the market (k...tats a couple of months back..now donno lah...)
The picture quality is actually not bad for such a compact digicam...and the startup timing is the fastest I've seen...overall...a great cam if you want portability with reasonable quality...
