Need advice on digital compact camera

Hi all, I am thinking of getting either one of these

1) Canon S100
2) Panasonic Lumix LX5
3) Sony HX9V

I am looking for something with good image quality and also good images under low lighting if possible. Basically just a good overall camera. I know that Lumix LX5 have been out for quite long but it has slight bigger image sensor.

I am hoping people out here can help me weigh out the pro and cons.

If there is better camera within the range of $500, do feel free to introduce too.
