I am looking for DI Artist to touched up 3 Photo (3000x2000). Basically each photo have 2 indian adult faces (MS, LMS). Need To:

1. Remove Eyebags.
2. Remove Winkles/ Blemishes.
3. Deliever natural & even skin tone.

For people who have touched up skill only (PS). Budget $30. :>

actually i know this "budget" is damn don't want face asking price..

but this "terrific" client er.. hard to earn.. ha..

so bear with me ok?? at first i want to do it myself.. but er.. i can take pic.. touch up indian skin tone definitely need technique.. and i am not good enough..
