ND Filters for 14-24

nice one bro... thanks, will go to artwork and take a look...

there doesn't seem to be any CP available for 14-24mm right?
(apart from fotodiox)

Thanks man, as for the CP, only one i know of is from fotodiox too.

I think a CP won't work on the 14-24 because of the lens design. However Progrey makes an adaptor if you want to use the same g-150x holder on other lenses, and a CP will work on that adaptor with other lenses. Fotodiox sounds interesting but don't know the price or convenience details.

hi MarkersNg, thanks for the reply.... how you find the haida? and can share how much you paid for it?
thanks

I paid roughly 300 dollars for all 3 different densities

wonder if possible to buy the cheaper haida filter holder and use lee filters with it...
are they (lee and haida) all compatible ?

As far as I know Haida does not make the holder for 150mm filters.

I have the ProGrey one which I got from TK. It prevents light leaks pretty well without any modding :)

Great to know there isn't a need to mod...will go tk take a look... Thx.

Hey guys,

DIYed one myself using a Cokin Z-Pro, albeit some time back. Here goes ....

Materials used.

Measure thrice ... cut once

And ... the finished product

Thought I share here. Do apologise for the hastily taken iPhone shots ;)

Yeah I agree, using the Progrey g150x there really isn't a problem with light leaks - without any modding. Just took some time exposure shots this weekend using ND grads and a Progrey ND 10 stop filter. No noticeable flare anywhere. Very happy with the progrey stuff not to mention their ND filters have no color cast at all. I got my stuff from progreyusa.com

Hi guys. Sorry for bumping up the thread with a sorta OT question, but what pano kit do you guys use for the 14-24 and would you be able to use filters when panning? Thanks a lot :)
