NAB 2014 exciting new cameras

URSA is certainly drool worthy... all that features at that price! if this has good low-light capabilities then it's going to be a C300 killer

yeah....the only think that got me asking was why CFast cards instead of SSDs. :)

I like the CION more... But both are amazing cameras which I am never going to buy as I am no professional and dont need such cameras :)

Between AJA and BMD, I will put my money on AJA to deliver a camera on specs and on time :)
I have bad experience with all my 3 BM camera.

I almost had a BMCC until i gave up my pre-order queue to a friend who wanted to do her short film. Waited more than 6months for it....wait till can't be bothered anymore... :)

Nice colour science and images from the BMD camera no doubt, but the quality control is really sub par.
I went one big round from BMCC-2.5k to BMPC-4K but still ended up buying the Canon C300. IMHO, though the Canon C300 is seriously overpriced for its feature
it is a camera I can relied on, a workhorse. Out of all the BMD camera I own, only the cheaper pocket cam deserved my time :)
I will only stick to BMD video card for now.

Well, as much as the hype about interchangeable lens, large format sensors, external recorders, DSLR rigs, etc... have been going on for the past couple of years, my main workhorses are still shoulder-mount ENG P2/XDCAM cams. A well designed tool, cameras in case of our trade/field, will still be the clear winner.

Sometimes you'd wonder why a Panasonic P2 Varicam or XDCAM HD422 ENG cam with only 2/3" Broadcast lens still cost a lot compared to these new wave of cameras... :)
