This now the 4th time this has happened.
I change batteries and turn on. The D7 "Data Panel" lights up with all icons and "Self Timer Lamp" come on. Then in a three second cycle they go out and on. Even turn camera to off it still does the re-cycle. I need to open battery compartment to stop.
If I shut battery compartment, then turn back on, camera will do the re-cycle again.
I need to not turn on for 48 hour (plus) and camera will come good.
I though may be battery charger being too quick and batteries get a fault.
I asked Minolta Singapore and no answer, I asked Hong Kong and they said "Never heard of problem, send in"
Any advice would be appreciated.
