what's the difference between a MWTS and WTS

after all, a MWTS is depending on whether the RP can be met.

Isn't that totally identical to a WTS

then CS should do away with the 'MWTS' thingie...

for my case MWTS coz i keen to get the 550EX that plrbear is selling, if i cannot sell my 420EX before the bid ends then i will withdraw the sale of the 420EX.....

thanks.....

I think there is a slight difference. MWTS means the selling might or might not be selling, thus he might or might not have a reserve price. It also depends on other things such as the value of the item to him. Even if it meet his reserve price, he can withdraw the sales due to other reasons such as sentimental values, give it as a gift, etc etc. The determine key is not necessary the reserve price.

WTS means that the user definately want to sell the item, if the price is right. He would withdraw the sale if the items cannot match his reserve price.

but strangely WTS also means seller reserves right to sell/not to sell still.

so to me, they are redundant.

the only MWTS that will make sense if someone wants only to gauge market price.

MWTS was meant only for gauging price, that's why it's moved to Consumer corner.

Actually, by right, after the Reserve price is met, the seller is compelled to sell, but here nobody seems to care about integrity ;P.

ok got it. Thanks for all the replys.

anyway the 420ex is reserved.

Thanks.
