Music License Purchasing

Hello all, awhile ago I heard a fellow friend mentioning about Freelancers able to pay a lesser amount for Music License. Like paying a company who already have it.

Anyone know how does this work?

I don't think you can ride on another company's licence unless your client signs the agreement contract with that company (i.e. your client no longer becomes your client). You can find the music licence forms download for RIPS here, http://www.rips.com.sg/downloads/page/1.
Do read the T&Cs.

There is also another required license by MPS http://www.mps.org.sg/. No form to download from their site tho....
