The Xiletu XM256 is a very versatile telescopic arm that extends between 30cm to 120cm.
It uses Velbon's patented twist-lock technology to hold its length at any extension.
A male 1/4"-20 bolt on the fatter tip and a female 1/4"-20 thread on the thinner tip makes it attachable either end.
The fattest section is still skinny enough to be clamped using reflector clamps or Lobo clamp. Price includes a removable rubber shoe.
