Multi-purpose L-bracket

Just wanted to share this non-descript piece of mounting that has as many uses as you have ideas.
Just a very strong steel L bracket with 1/4"-20 threaded holes on each plane.
Perfect attachment for the tip of a lightstand.
Great way to mount the Yongnuo YN360 or an Icelight horizontally
So far, I have used it as a monitor bracket, a lighting bracket, a boom bracket, a teleprompter bracket, a Gopro mount.
For those ocassions you think "ball-head" or "lobo" this may in fact be a simpler/lighter/ cheaper idea:

This is quite a useful bracket for getting a right angle on anything which uses 1/4" screws, as you've said, takes over a ballhead and it would be entirely rigid. Could even be used with a hotshoe adapter and cheap handle for a fairly rigid top handle for light rigs. Thanks for sharing this!
