Another series of Vietnam, I think I should name this, Bessa R go to Mt Fansipan... yes, this is Mt Fansipan trek.. luck is not on our side as it was raining and very foggy thoughout the whole journey... but the food by the local people are good... taste like chinese good... and their 'happy water' rice wine and the entertainment by a pig and a dog... they seem to know each other for a long long time.... the weather wasn't the good on the second too... it actually rain ice cube... very cold and chilly...

Wow! Things have changed so much. I was there too, 3143m, in early March. The dining hall was then just a guardhouse (half the size) and we had to dine outdoors beside a fire.

Mind sharing which agency/guide co. you hired for the hike? How much were the costs and stuff?

I'm missing Sapa already!

We actually book a hotel from internet... I mean over email stating that we will be there on those dates... and they arrange the transport to fetch us there... I didn't do any recording of the cost..but the whole trip cost me about S$600
