Most beautiful Kingfisher found in Singapore-Black-backed Kingfisher

Black-backed Kingfisher is a common migrant found in Singapore and also the most colourful kingfisher we can see here.
They are very small measuring about 13cm even smaller than the Common Kingfisher.
Many people are fascinated by its beautiful colours and cute size.

2). The front is more plain looking but the bird still looks cute. Here it caught a food and pose for me.

Actually I had been trying very hard to get a full back view all these years and finally managed to get #4.
It may not look as sharp as #1 & 3 due to the DOF but afterall Iam pretty happy to finally get it showing more of its back view
