My company is organising a chinese theme Dinner & dance at the chevron on the 11th and we are intending to set up a station where guest can come and have a photograph taken with their dress/suits before the main event and we will like to issue the prints by the end of the event.
Basically what we are looking at is some sort of studio shot and then have them printed on photocards/postcards so that we can give them out as souvenirs.
Expected guests is around 200 but we are not expecting everyone to take part.
