Yeah, anymore info?

Where does the neck strap attach itself to in the picture?

I already have one, found it very comfy to use, and getting another. To answer Hommie, the neck strap is attached to a small D-ring on the upper part of the hand grip (around the area where the knuckle of your forefinger is).

I'm using an optech strap with mine, and when I don't need the neck strap, I just unclip the optech strap and hang on to the camera with the zing strap. For extra security, there's also an elastic wrist band that clips to the strap.

Imagine_orange, quick question ... courier shipping is optional, right ? Ie. you'll arrange a time and place for MO pickup, and only those who can't make it will be subject to the courier charge ?

Thanks for explaining abt the strap to the guys.

As I am not in singapore, courier would have to unfortunately be compulsory.

The difference I see between the straps I get from my supplier and the one in the photo are the fact that in the photo has a huge metal screw at the bottom and the ones that i get have a plastic coated wing nut at the bottom. Will try to post a photo.

Also, due to great demand & shortage of stock, I would have to limit the order to just 5 pieces. Sorry! Will post again when the stocks are back!

How about sending a courier to one person who collects all and distribute to the rest? Perhaps that would save cost since its only 5 pieces. Just a suggestion. :)

Need to ask if this strap can work for my Olympus E-1 because i realised that my tripod mount is further away from the grip.

I second this option.

Also, if possible, can you provide information on expected delivery date and payment modes. I'm hoping to get it before my trip next weekend.

TIA.

Fantastic idea...I will check out the courier charges and all 5 of you can split the cost. Will do just that!

Unfo, item will be shipped from US and will take approx 1.5 weeks... sorry, might not make it for your weekend trip bro.

Is the mount of the E1 approx the same as the E300? My colleague has an E300 and I can test it on her camera if it's abt the same...

At the bottom of the strap (the part that attaches to your tripod mount), there are 3 holes, sort of like your waist-belt. So you can adjust the position to your liking.

Instead of using the provided screw (mine's the plastic-coated one), I actually use an Arca-Swiss style plate (a Markins P45) on the bottom of my camera, it's lower profile, and your camera has a chance to sit properly on a table. The plate actually clamps the bottom of the strap better.

I also support the idea of sending it to one "volunteer" to distribute. Great lateral thinking, Hommie !

An additional note, when we pick up, if we can all be there at a mutually convenient time and you guys are interested, I'll bring my DSLR to show you guys how it's currently hooked up. Buying the second one for my film cam (Nikon F100).

I've used this as well as a rival product that's advertised here every now and again, and for me, there's no comparison in terms of ease of use and comfort. One day I'll put the other strap on B&S at a fire-sale price :)

I am interested also, just not sure it will fit on my smallish FZ5 or not. And what will the mode of payment be?

So how much does the plate cost? Thanks.
