MO: sanyo charger/compact drive PD70x

hi all, just now i spoke to a person who can gives me a good price of charger if i get bulk orders..

anyone interested in Sanyo Refresh charger?

she gave me a ballpark price of $40. so that's $5 off.

also, there's this PD70x which is also at a really good price. i'm not too sure of the price but it's gonna be much cheaper. i will also let this run for 2-3 weeks. likewise, if response is bad, hard to get a good price also. pls also put down the capacity interested! thanks!

Where can I check for tech detail of the Sanyo Charger? I'm interested to know if it uses an AC adapter, what DC input voltage to the charger, how many cell can it charge at once and how fast, can it charge AA & AAA at same time?

in case some ppl get mixed up by my first post.. less than $349 with 40GB hdd..(it is a HDD with 40GB BUT 8MB cache)
i just went down and they have a new package.. $352 with 40GB hdd and 16mb cache! it's the cache diff. so they gave me this price with 10 pieces and above. HDD has 3 years warranty.

so casing itself is only 229$ what is the price if I want to add an 40GB HD? is the price reduced or still remained as 352?

to add a 40GB HDD, it would be $352 UNLESS HDD price drops AND 10 people are also wanting a 40GB hDD. but since majority here don't seem interested with the HDD, i think i'll just MO the compactdrive. ok? i can help u add a HDD(if u want) but i don't think there will be a much difference in price.
free installation and formatting to FAT32. ok with u? pls revert to "casing" or "40GB" ok?

hitachi (40./60/80) = 130/178/229
samsung = 115/162/195
seagate 129/-/229

given that the 40GB version is $100 more than the casing only, I think at $100, it appears to be worth it.
none of the above drives are 16mb cache though. the pd70x with 40gb/16mb cache is just $103 more than a casing alone.

although I don't see the purpose of a cache when you're copying data only to the pd70x. cache is usually for more frequent reading of the drive.

Actually the only concern to me for adding HD is the price, if the price is not that good for HD, I prefer to have the casing along.

most prolly i'll get for u guys the PD70x alone. HDD prices will drop eventually by the time i order. but if anyone don't mind the differences in price, i can always order for u the PD70x+HDD.. comes with free installation and formatting to FAT32. so u save some trouble.
