i bought mine Scandisk CF Ultra II 60X 265MB at S$135 at Sandisk Singapore at SUntec Exhibition hall last two weeks when they got a booth there..

I think you can get better prices for the MO. I was just at Funan this afternoon and got quoted $260 for the Ultra 512mb. And this is before bargaining!
