MO: Digipower DPS9000 Powerpack

Dear fellow shutterbugs,

I am organising the MO again for the Digipower DPS9000 Powerpack due to good response I've received from many users. This external battery pack is light and easy to use. It is not available in Singapore so I am ordering it from U.S.

This is especially useful for camera owners who are using AA rechargeables. This battery pack on one charge alone takes on 3 sets of Sanyo 2100s from my personal experience. Charging time is only 4 hours as compared to the 12 hours for 3 sets of Sanyo AAs. Yes, I know that there are quickchargers out there for 60mins ... I also know that they shorten the lifespan of my batteries. I use the Minolta 7Hi and found no problems with it. Other users are also Minolta 5 / 7 series owners, Nikon Coolpix 885/5700 as well as Olympus C5050.

The price will be the US$69.90 as stated and I will charge a small handling fee of S$5 for a cuppa Starbucks kopi. I will be back from US on 24th Apr and collection will be at City Hall Starbucks on 25th or 26th, T.B.A.

This battery pack is definitely value for money. I am using the battery pack that I've got from the last MO. It's GOOD! I am also using this battery pack to power up my Image Tank. So I don;t have to carry the ugly, bulky battery pack that comes with the Image Tank again.

Hi Amos!!!

Glad you are finally enjoy the use of the Digipower DPS9000 Powerpack. It sure lasts and lasts doesn't it? It's a pity though some users have reservations about it's price cos just like you, I feel it's more worth it than buying sets and sets of rechargeable batteries, putting up with their long charging times and well and the weight and hassle of carrying them around.
