This is a mass order for 100ft Kodak Tri-X ISO400 bulk roll at SGD$50 per tin with GST included.
This MO is now open and will close on 12 noon Friday 14 Jan 2005 or once the minimum order quantity has been reached.
Conditions:
1. If the Supplier price increases beyond SGD$50 per tin with GST included, between the calling of this MO and actual order from the supplier, this MO will be cancelled and an announcement posted. I am in the process of confirming the price.
2. Buyer is willing to wait 3 months from actual MO order date (i.e. when I place the order with the Supplier) to delivery (estimated sometime in April 2005). The order will go out within 10 days (or earlier once 20 tins excluding my own order are confirmed) from today.
3. Buyer is not required to pay deposit. I will pay FIFTY (50) PERCENT up front.
4. No backing out after confirming actual MO order. See 3. If buyer backs out, I will be left with the bill. Please be nice.
5. This MO will be up for five days from today (i.e. all interested buyers will have five days to confirm their order once the MO is posted) since the quote is valid for seven days only. The actual order will only proceed if there's confirmation for at least 20 tins in addition to my personal order. The minimum order quantity is for 30 tins so I am willing to take 10 tins and chuck some into the freezer.
6. Collection will be on delivery date (to be confirmed) and likely at Funan IT Mall or a nearby location during a weekday evening within a one hour collection window (e.g. 7pm to 8pm). Payment would be in full by cash (Singapore Dollars) on delivery. If you want somebody else to collect on your behalf, please let me know in advance so that your tins are not collected by others. I do not do delivery. I would rather not spread out the collection period. I don't have a big freezer to cold store film. If you do not collect on the delivery date, your ordered tins may be put up for sale to the next interested person. There isnt likely to be a next interested person, but I thought Id say it now in case it does happen.
7. The tins will be delivered as received from the Supplier. There are no receipts. There are no warranties. There will be no exchanges. The lowest local recommended retail pricing (RRP) for single tins that I have received so far is SGD$56 (but no stock). I have not been able to find overseas prices for single tins with shipping included to be less than the local RRP. I have looked at B&H, Adorama, and FreeStyle Photographic Supplies.
Notes:
1. The MO will be purchased from a local supplier. I am just another buyer. I am doing this MO because I want bulk Tri-X enough to put in some effort to get it at a hopefully cheaper price with a reasonably firm delivery date.
2. All buyers must respond to this MO thread confirming their order quantity. Folks who indicated interest earlier but have since reconsidered should also post a note on this thread and I will remove their order. Again, only confirmed orders will be accepted. The earlier check for interest is not a confirmation of your order.
3. Your order will be confirmed via a 2-part confirmation:
