Minox 8x11 film

Would like to ask, if there in anyone in CS shooting with Minox III, B, BL, C etc? Wondering how do you get the 8x11 film. I read that some actually cut the film yourself.
Can anyone teach me how to cut your own minox 8x11 film and roll yourself?

How about developing, any inputs? I am referring to B&W developing. Must I get their developing tank? Wondering if any users, got some home-made method for that.
