minolta warrenty regarding hot pixel

hi, anyone can enlighten me on warrenty with regards to hot pixel. i have a very irritating cyan dot in the middle of the screen which appeared recently.

what r the chances of getting it fixed, and how long will it take.
its past the 7day exchange, just in casee anyone ask
