Got mine second-hand here, at $35.

If I am not mistaken, was told by the kind seller that it cost originally $70.

It's a lot for a dinky little wire...

here in the US they're $40 new and usually $30 used, but I found mine for ten. (By the way, the RC1000L and S work for all Maxxum cameras, and the Dimage as well)

Hi the short one costs abt $55 and the longer one $60-$65 from fotoguide 3 months back. but frrankly, there's no need for that much cable (long one), unless you're shooting birds, animals or as such...

You can DIY one yourself quite easily.

After all, it only needs 3 wires.
