Thanks! Very useful as I am considering upgrading body to Dynax 7. But some inaccuracies - 505si has AF illuminator via the built-in flash. No DOP. Has a remote release terminal.

One alarming thing is that the Dynax 7 hasa ? where the self-timer is. I thought most cameras will have self-timer? Surely even for pros there will be occasion for creative use of timers?!

The 7 has a self-timer (of course), as well as a 2 second pseudo mirror lockup (mirror prefire).
