Minolta 28-100mm

Has anyone use a Konica Minolta Zoom Wide Angle-Telephoto AF D 28-100mm f/3.5-5.6 Autofocus. Any good? Saw it at Alex Photo

Aperture at f5.6...................... no point.

Get the KM 28-105mm f3.5-4.5 or the 35-105mm f3.5-4.5 instead..................

For this range the better lens to consider will be the Minolta 24-105 f3.5-4.5. :thumbsup:

This lens is a kit lens for the Dynax 60 film camera. It's very similar in feel and construction to the D5D kit lens. Thus it's "not bad" for a kit lens, but not really one to consider getting otherwise.

Unless of course, you can get it really cheaply.

Don't seem to be as good as the above quoted also, not sure about price, you probably can get quite some low end minolta lens quite cheaply on ebay though.
