Metz 44 AF-4O Flash

Any one have this flash or had experiences with it? How does it differ from the FL36 and FL50. It is possible to get it in S'pore??

I'm very interested in this flash too. But I can't find any dealer in Singapore who carries it, it seems like there's a lack of support for Metz products locally. :think:

The previous distributor gave up the brand sometime last year I think.

Not too sure if anyone else took over.

Jebson and Jebson was distributor for Metz earlier and recently Tithes has taken over the distributorship. I saw mecablitz 58 AF-1 digital at 2nd floor peninsula for S$640 few days back.

If you want to see mecablitz 44 MZ-2 and mecablitz 54 MZ-4, come over for the sharing session on the 19th. I will try to be there.

Just got an email from tithe marketing, the new metz distributor here. Their guy says they don't bring in the 44 AF-4O, only the 44 MZ-2 + SCA adaptor. He claims that it is a solutions that's more versatile and cheaper. I went to B&H and Adorama to check out the price but it seems the MZ-2 is 40% more expensive.

Any comments?

Check the recycle times and the compatibility. If you are sure it works, then buy it online.
