My advise is to get from Cathay Photo for the 190XProB. There is a promo going on now. Furthermore CP is the main bulk importer. At CP tripod section look for Christopher Wong, knowledgable + friendly fellow, he will give good pointers and test your tripod thoroughly before passing it to you.

190XProB is an excellent tripod. Plus: Center column can be set to perpendicular position without removing the column.
Only drawbacks are: max height ~146cm before extension and 5kg load. If you are taller ~ 170cm, do try out the 055 series for the height.
I got mine with the 488RC2.
Give the various shops a call for pricing. CP pricing was the best that I checked.

I got the exact two items at John 3:16. Cathay at Peninsular sells both as well and price is about the same.

I do find it a little heavy to carry around all day though.
