There are 3 advantages that the Mamiya TLR has over the Rolleiflexes:
- cheaper
- has interchangeable lens
- can close focus (longer bellows).
The more recent Rolleiflexs are finer build, lighter, has exposure metering and nice crisp contrasty Planar lens. Great for B/W street shooting using "standard" lens. Prestigious name - makes you look cool
The Mamiya TLR lens has a softer color palette, medium contrast and decent sharpness. Works very well for portraits especially with the 105mm and 180 lens. Decent macro without attachments.
IMHO: For practicality - Mamiya C330 is better. For shiok factor - Rollei is better.
