Make the "close this thread after you submit your message" button more prominent

Just a suggestion to the mods:

Can the "Close this thread after you submit your message" option be made larger and more prominent because it is always a chore to go through many ads in the Marketplace where the item has already been sold or the thread starter says that the thread is closed when it really isn't. Kinda annoying after awhile, especially when searches are done.

I just think some either don't know where the button is, can't be bothered to close their threads or are not sure what it is all about or maybe expect the Moderators to close the threads for them. Perhaps a prominent reminder can be put up to those posting their ads in the Marketplace that they need to close them later when the item is sold. I think this will streamline the threads in the Marketplace somewhat.

Because many of CSer do not explore the thread tools and many functions available here like post a photo, multi-Q in posting reply and so many other things.


I think is up to individual to read up and explore. If not will have to make a 'Head Line' on BnS to close thread once item is sold.

But there is still some ppl who really sold the item and just leave the thread alone so a long time.

Conclusion...still will not solve the problem of those who simply leave their thread to rot after item is sold for days.

i am of the opinion, that threads after x number of days regarless of closed or open, should be automatically closed and removed from view. this of course applies to b&s.

for other sub-sections, if the thread is inactive after x number of days, then the above applies.
