Less GST for tourist at current exchange rate, SGD8585. Time to go to NZ for holiday and pick up a M9!

Interesting, the website in this New Zealand shop is selling M8.2 body at NZD 10,150.00 where as the new M9 lesser at NZD 9,900.00.

I suspect Leica is targeting to push up the sales volume of M9 base on new pricing scheme for mass market.

the m8 is already camera enough for me. to me, FF is not much of an improvement without corresponding noise control.

to each their own. FF might be important to the WA shooters. but they might not appreciate better noise control as much as standard or tele shooters, to whom the additional stop means a whole lot more.

Saw this at Schdmit Mkting when I went there to pick up my 50 Summilux-R lens that was there for 2 mths for CLA.
