M8 won't start up

My m8 won't start up yesterday I took a couple of shots, then it suddenly switched off after 1 shot, I tried to turn it on but did not work, the red led beside the circular scroll button kept blinking. The shutter nutrition not responsive either. I thought the batt may be dead s.o I charged. Today I still have same problems even after thee recharge. Can anyone help me what's the issue?

Is your charger still working,LED light up when charging? same scenario happen to me last week.

Charger seems ok. Led lighted up. The boot dusk fail ah, how do I reload? Connect directly to pc isit?

Try another batt, my guess is your batt is spoiled. Happened to me once. One min it was ok and the next my m8 wont work with this batt anymore, and that batt can never be fully charged anymore after that, just pop in another batt your m8 will be fine.

If you like I could let you try loading my battery in your M8 to ascertain its a battery fault.
I will pm you my number and schedule.
Incidentally, is yours an original leica battery?
