With the the M8 (1.33x), the fov of the 15mm SW Heliar is equivalent to a 21mm lens.
Here are a couple of shots taken with this combination. There is some vignetting, but not as much as I expected. The contrast is slightly lower than the current M lenses, but this might be a good thing with b&w shots. The optimum aperture is about f8.0, where sharpness is very good. I do not have another 15mm for comparison, but my 19mm R has less vignetting with higher contrast and saturation. But this lens is almost 10X more expensive and is much larger!
All in all, this lens is very good value for money. I only wish for three things, rf coupling, a larger lens hood and the ability to mount a filter.
