M6 frame counter start at 40 :( !!!

HI guys, saw a few post in RF forum about the m6 frame counter
my set that I have just bought start at 40 shot and end at 35
anyone else have this issue? is this a common issue and what's like the cost to fix it?

Read that there is a button to push that will reset the count to zero. cant seems to find it
..

Nop it does fire off 2 shot and it land at the 40 mark..
It actually started arnd 37 frame..

Hmm will bring to P & G later to check...

there could be dust in the frame counter. had the same problem with one of my cameras and it was a quick fix at a decamera consultant

if the counter is still moving, sounds like a small problem with the returning spring machanism of the counter... best to bring it back to the shop, as solutions could vary from anything from minor massaging of the release level (near the baseplate) to having to remove the top plate to fiddle with the counter catch.
